New Year – True You is the perfect balance of strength and softness. Over one weekend you’ll dive into powerful movement through pilates and yoga, while also finding space for deep rest, creativity, and lightness.

Practical Information
Food
All meals are healthy, nourishing, and mostly vegetarian/vegan. Dishes are prepared by our chef Matteo, an Italian professional with 10+ years of kitchen experience, including work in Michelin-starred restaurants. Expect seasonal, tasty food made with love to support both body and soul. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when signing up.
Accommodation
You’ll stay in shared 2–4 person rooms. Each bed has a comfortable futon mattress with curtains for privacy. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are included in the price.

Meet yor host - Alisa
Alisa is a yoga and pilates teacher and a sound healing practitioner with a passion for creating spaces where movement, creativity, and connection meet. She has been teaching at Sagayoga since 2018. Yoga became a turning point for her, a way to reconnect with herself and discover new possibilities. She has since dedicated her work to helping others find both strength and softness in their own lives.
Her teaching blends grounding practices with playfulness, encouraging you to explore your limits while staying connected to your own boundaries, so challenge arises from a true and steady place. In her classes, Alisa invites students to deepen their connection to themselves and their inner strength, while also embracing joy, lightness, and the simple fun of moving together.
Her superpower lies in a deep sensitivity to the world around her. She attunes to energies, subtle shifts, and unspoken feelings in the space, and gently reflects them back to the group. Through this, she creates an atmosphere where presence deepens and everyone feels truly seen and connected.
Off the mat, her curiosity flows into flower design, improvisation, and exploring life’s many textures. At the retreat, she is there to hold space, guide practices, and make sure you feel both supported and inspired every step of the way.

Experience the benefits of sound healing in this gentle, yet powerful session that restores your inner balance.
For this event we will settle into the cozy surroundings at sagayoga. You’ll be invited to sit or lay down to receive a sound bath that work with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. The session will be 2 hours long, immersing your mind, body and spirit with the tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs and other beautiful sounds.
No earlier experience or knowledge needed. Come as you are.
We provide you with all of the props at the studio.
