What to expect

3 unique sessions – from bass-powered Pilates to a high-energy Rave & Release, and a grounding Yin & Sound Healing to close the evening.

Personal guidance – move safely and confidently. You’ll get form cues, adjustments, and plenty of support throughout each session.

Accountability & community – no pressure, no competition. Just a group that moves, sweats, and encourages each other.

Mind–body rhythm – build strength, move with intention, shake off the stress, and reconnect with your body and energy.

Meet Your Guides

Alisa – A Unique Touch of Curiosity and Creativity
Alisa’s yoga journey is a testament to the power of passion and connection. In her playful, innovative classes, Alisa weaves creativity and flow into each practice. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone can explore at their own pace, embracing progress over perfection and celebrating their own unique journey.

Off the mat, Alisa’s curiosity leads her into improv theater, traveling, and flower design – all of which bring fresh inspiration into her teaching. She also guides sound healing, offering experiences that nurture both body and soul. With Alisa, you’ll find both grounding strength and space for joyful self-discovery.

Anna – Yoga with a Sprinkle of Joy
Anna is a yoga teacher, pilates instructor and Shake the Dust facilitator – with a sparkle of joy in everything she does. A lifelong lover of movement and creativity, she’s been dancing to her own rhythm since childhood. Her teaching style is fun and light-hearted, often paired with banging playlists, spontaneous dance breaks and plenty of laughter.

With her bubbly, playful yet strong energy, Anna helps her students stay curious, explore their edges and not take themselves too seriously. Whether she’s guiding yoga, pilates or dynamic Shake the Dust, Anna invites you to move with intention and rediscover joy in the process.

Together
Alisa and Anna balance each other perfectly – grounding and uplifting, creative and playful. They’ll make sure every practice meets you where you are: encouraging you to challenge yourself, respect your limits, and most importantly, enjoy the ride together with the group.
