In the heart of winter, gift yourself a weekend of balance and renewal. With pilates, yoga, sound healing and creative practices, you’ll discover strength and rest in equal measure – leaving you grounded, energized and at home in yourself.
New year, true you - weekend retreat
Three days to move, rest and reconnect – just as you are.
-
Deep rest & release
Sinking into yin, yoga nidra and sound healing, you’ll find a depth of rest that everyday life rarely allows. These practices calm the nervous system, release tension and create the space for your body and mind to restore themselves fully. A chance to simply breathe, be, and receive.
-
Guided strength
Every body is different – and every practice adapts. With personal guidance and hands-on support, you’ll learn how to align safely and find your own edge. Some sessions are strong and energizing, others more gentle – together they create a flow that challenges you while respecting your body’s needs.
-
Togetherness — on your terms
We’ll move, rest and share moments as a group, but always with the freedom to choose your own rhythm. Some practices invite laughter, play and a spark of creativity — opening an easy sense of connection with others. Join in, step back, or simply be — connection and solitude are equally welcome.

What are the rooms like?
You’ll stay in shared 2–3 person rooms with futon beds. Each bed has its own privacy curtain. Fresh towels, bed linens and bathrobes are included in the price.
What if I don’t know anyone?
Most participants come alone! The retreat is designed to be warm and welcoming, so you’ll naturally connect with others through shared practices and meals. And you’ll always have the freedom to take time for yourself whenever you need it.
How do I get there?
Villa Saga is easy to reach by car — only 25 minutes from Helsinki. If you don’t have a car, we’re happy to help coordinate shared rides among participants.

Meet your guide – Alisa
Hi, I’m Alisa ! Yoga and pilates teacher, sound healing practitioner, and flower artist. My own journey into movement began from a place of feeling stuck, until yoga opened the door back to connection, creativity and strength. In my classes and retreats I love to mix grounding practices with playfulness and curiosity. Some sessions are powerful and energizing, others soft and deeply restorative, all designed to help you discover your own rhythm.
Outside the mat I explore creativity through flowers and improvisation, which both remind me of the same truth: life is richer when we allow ourselves to be present, open and a little playful.
This retreat is my invitation for you to experience the same – to reconnect with your body, rest deeply, and remember your strength in a supportive space.
Looking forward to meeting you and creating an unforgettable weekend together!
